Every purchase is covered by a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@airankwp.com from your purchase email address with your JVZoo receipt ID, or open a refund request through your JVZoo customer portal. Refunds are processed back through JVZoo to your original payment method.
When a refund is completed, the associated Freemius license is deactivated and the Pro features stop working on your site.
Your license key is delivered by email immediately after checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email support and we will resend it.
